Fee Schedule

Mediations are booked for two hour slots. The rate for two party mediations is 100 per hour for each party.

Multiple Parties

The rate for three party mediations is $100 per party, per hour. Time is billed to the nearest quarter hour. Preparation time is included and not charge separately.

Cancellation

$200 fee for ‘two hour’ mediations canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled mediation date.

$400 fee for meditations longer than two hours canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled mediation date.

Cancellation fees will be divided equally among the parties and will be billed to their attorney or law firm unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Payments

Payment for services may be made by check, Zelle or through the website ‘payment’ option. Payment is due within 10 days of mediation. Lawyers, not their clients, are responsible for the payment.
