With more than a decade of legal experience, Alisa Pavlick brings practical, informed and balanced approach to mediation. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard broad College of Law, she began her legal career in 2012 as a prosecutor in Miami- Dade County. There she gained extensive courtroom experience handling numerous jury and bench trials. She later went on to serving as a Guardian ad Litem attorney, advocating for the best interests of vulnerable children and families.

These diverse roles have shaped her understanding of conflict, communication and resolution. She has dedicated her legal career to helping people navigate conflict. Today she draws on that experience to guide parties through the mediation process with clarity, neutrality and professionalism. Her goal is to help individuals, attorneys and businesses find efficient, durable solutions outside the courtroom.
